StillRage (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a self-tracking tool for combat sports athletes. This policy explains what data we collect, why, where it lives, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. By using the App you agree to this policy.
We follow one rule above all: we collect the minimum we need to run the App, and we do not sell your data.
StillRage is operated from the State of Texas, USA. For any privacy question, data request, or complaint, contact us at support@stillrage.app. We are the data controller for the information described below.
Account data. Your email address and a password. Your password is stored as a salted hash by our authentication provider — we never see or store it in readable form.
Profile data you choose to provide. Name, age, weight, height, gender, fighting style(s), experience level, weight class, training frequency, and goals.
Training data you log. Training sessions (type, duration, intensity, how your body felt, how you performed), technique focus, free-text notes, fight dates, fight camp records, and any photos you choose to attach.
Optional notes, including injury notes. If you choose to, you can record notes about how you felt, including optional injury notes (a body area and a pain type). These are self-recorded notes you enter for your own convenience. The App is not a medical device, we are not medical professionals, and nothing in the App is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This information is data you record about yourself; we do not interpret it medically.
Technical data. Basic, non-identifying information needed to operate the service (for example, error logs used to fix crashes). We do not use advertising identifiers.

Only to run the App: to authenticate you, store and display the data you log, generate your charts and statistics, send reminders you’ve enabled, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
Your data is stored with Supabase, our database and storage provider, on servers located in the United States. Supabase acts as our data processor.
If you access the App from outside the United States (for example, the UK or EU), your data is transferred to and processed in the US. Where required, this transfer is covered by Supabase’s Data Processing Addendum and Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep the list of third parties who process data on our behalf short and current:

Your records are protected by row-level security — each account can read and write only its own data. Photos are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket and served only through short-lived signed links to your own account. Passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable, current safeguards.
If you allow notifications, we schedule local training reminders on your device. You can turn these off any time in the App’s Profile settings or in your device settings.
We keep your data until you delete it. You can delete individual sessions in the App, and you can delete your entire account and all associated data from Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your authentication record, profile, sessions, fight camp records, and stored photos.
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights:
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
UK/EU residents: you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

The App is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes materially, we’ll note it in the App before the change takes effect. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
